Casa Roja is a privately owned house with two apartments, each taking up its own floor. The apartments share access to the palapa (roof deck) which is as large as each of the apartments, and has fantastic 360 degree views.

On the second floor is a two-bedroom two-bath apartment. The penthouse has a single large bedroom, large bath, and laundry facilities. The square footage of the apartments is identical, each encompassing over 1500 square feet.

Second Floor

The second floor apartment is painted in bold tropical colors and tastefully decorated with local art. More than 1500 square feet with tile floors throughout, shaded decks all the way around the apartment, and three locking doors, this apartment is perfect for two couples or a small family. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, storage, air conditioner, and private bathroom. Access to the Palapa is via two sets of stairs.
